Platform Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance & Scope

By accessing, browsing, registering with or using Robecox, users confirm their acceptance of these Terms. The Agreement applies to all platform services, tools, features and interfaces, regardless of the device or method used to access them.

The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms. Robecox may update either document when necessary and users are responsible for reviewing the latest version.

2. Intellectual Property

All content and digital materials available through Robecox, including text, graphics, videos, designs, software and interface elements, are owned by or licensed to Robecox and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, publication, commercial use, scraping, automated extraction or interference with security controls is prohibited.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Robecox services are offered through prepaid subscription periods, which may include monthly, quarterly or annual plans. Payment is required before activation and subscriptions are considered final once initiated.

Subscriptions cannot be paused, transferred, canceled or refunded except where required by applicable law. Users are responsible for managing their subscription and using the service within the selected period.

4. Availability & Service Changes

Robecox does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, updates, technical issues or external circumstances may temporarily affect availability without creating an obligation to provide compensation, refunds or extensions.

Robecox may modify, suspend or discontinue services or platform features at any time. Continued use following such changes constitutes acceptance of the applicable conditions.

Robecox does not provide financial, investment, legal or other professional advice. Platform information is supplied for general informational purposes and users remain responsible for independently evaluating any information before acting upon it.

6. Service Warranties

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without express or implied warranties. Robecox does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, security or uninterrupted availability of platform content or services.
