Help With a Dispute

Dispute & Account Management
1. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute connected with this Agreement should first be addressed through direct communication and good-faith efforts to reach a practical resolution.

If no agreement can be reached, the matter may proceed to ICC arbitration before a single arbitrator. Proceedings will be conducted in English, with Saint Vincent and the Grenadines serving as the arbitration venue unless another location is mutually agreed. The resulting decision will be final and binding.
